Question: What is the return policy?
Answer: All our products are final sale. Exceptions may only be considered in rare cases, such as damaged or incorrect items and needs to contact customer support through email. Therefore, please ensure that you choose the appropriate size, color and design.

Question: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Answer: You may be able to cancel the order if it's less than 24 hrs after you've placed the order, but will be determined based on the order status with our supplier(s). Therefore, please reach out to customer support for any inquiries related to this.
Question: How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Answer: Your order will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase to be shipped, since these products are created once the order has gone through. There may be cases where shipping delays could occur due to certain reasons. If the item(s) have not be received after placing an order for more than a month, please reach out to the support via email.
Question: Do you have a physical store or is it online only?
Answer: We are online based only and this is the only website to purchase our authentic products. We do not have any physical stores or other affiliated websites.
